    WMBD/WYZZ - PEORIA -- Firefighters in Peoria are busy investigating two separate fires tonight. The first broke out around 6:30pm, and then minutes later the second blaze started only blocks away. Both were on the city's south side.

    WMBD/WYZZ - BLOOMINGTON - An autopsy today reveals a 64-year-old Bloomington man died Thursday from drowning. McLean County Coroner Beth Kimmerling says Gary Savage collapsed while trying to repair a leaking sump pump.

    Pekin Remembers 90-Year-Old Tragedy

    WMBD/WYZZ-TV—PEKIN--People in Pekin are taking time to remember a 90-year-old tragedy.  The community held a commemorative service for the anniversary of the sinking of the Columbia Steamer.

    WMBD/WYZZ-TV—PEORIA--United Airlines has announced it will end all flights between Bloomington and Chicago starting November 2nd. The three times daily flights are usually at 75% capacity.
